It started as an experiment. I translated Robert Lang´s Yellow Jacket into diagonal boxpleating. While doing so, I changed the head, the wings and many structures that are not visible in the finished model. By now I think I can call this bee an original design.
The crease pattern uses diagonal boxpleating, the diagonal is divided into 80ths. It does no longer have much in common with Robert Lang´s crease pattern.
